This wide leather sash belt features silver medallions surrounded by studs. It fastens with a horse shoe style buckle. The style was originally associated with western style / Equestrian fashion. Today we like to wear these belts on the hips, if you are a size 6 you could get away with it. Belt modeled on me a size 8-9. I have it on the largest size and it sits at my true waist.
 
Belt fastens at 67cm at its smallest and  78cm at it's largest.
