Cutest pleat skirt with embroidery on one side and ribbon on the other and ribbon on the hem. Modelled on me a size 9 and it was too big. It is labelled a size 14 but as it is vintage a safer bet would be a size 12. Please check measurements. Brand is Concept Collection. Composition is Cotton / Nylon.
