This gorgeous silk chiffon maxi dress was made by L'officiel, a New Zealand fashion label popular in the 70s and 80s. In gorgeous mocha brown, it is empire line with gathers and a bow. The chiffon falls to the floor in voluminous gathers, inside is lined with satin.
 It does have a couple of flaws which you can only see with an eagle eye and not noticeable when on, they are a small hole near the bottom of the dress which is not seen due to all the gathers, and another in the fold that covers the zip (also not seen as in the fold - please see pics) This dress is a must for any NZ Fashion collector or enthusiast.
 
Modelled on me a size 8-9 and it was a touch too small in the chest, I'm a 12C, this would suit someone a little more flat chested.
