Cool Sports Jacket by Brand Linchun Hung. Featuring coloured figurines on the front with the Letters MAG. Have googled and havent found any info. I think this may be of chinese origin. Outer shell feels like brushed cotton, however it could be a polyester. The manufacturing of this garment makes me think this piece is from the 80s. 
 
Labelled size L but best fit is up to size 10 (IMO) but please check measurements.
